Direct Billing

For your convenience, our efficient front desk team can administer your insurance claim while you are with your therapist for your treatment. At Inertia Physio+ our goal is to provide you with exceptional service while keeping your treatment affordable.

Direct billing can save you time and reduce out of pocket expenses from Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy services. Based on how your insurance plan is set up, your claim can be administered on one of these ways:

- Plans with 100% coverage – the claim will be paid directly to the clinic with no expense to you at all.
- Plans with partial coverage – the portion of your claim that is covered by your insurance plan will be paid directly to the clinic. You will only be responsible for paying the remainder.
- With some insurance companies, they will not send funds to the clinic. In these cases, you will pay for your treatment as usual but, the insurance claim is submitted to your provider for you and the funds will then be sent directly to you.

Regardless of your type of insurance coverage, our administrative team is pleased to relieve you of the chore of submitting electronic or paper claims to your insurance provider leaving you with more time to do the things you love. If your insurance plan supports direct billing, we will administer the claim on your behalf.

Direct billing is also available through Medavie Blue Cross for Veterans Affairs Canada, Canadian Armed Forces and the RCMP. For those recovering from Motor Vehicle Accident injuries, we are able to provide direct billing to your Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance Provider.
