Zac has a strong interest in sports, orthopaedics, and musculoskeletal injuries, with additional experience in cardiorespiratory rehabilitation. He previously ran a Cardiorespiratory clinic while working full-time in a Sports Physiotherapy setting. He has since expanded his expertise to include TMJ dysfunction, headaches/migraines, and vestibular conditions. These areas have been main focuses since 2019. He also integrates osteopathic techniques into his daily practice to provide comprehensive, effective care.
Driven by a lifelong passion for helping others, Zac’s patient-centred care combines hands-on manual therapy treatment, followed by individualized exercise prescription and patient education tailored to each patient to optimize both recovery and injury prevention. His approach focuses on identifying the root cause of pain or dysfunction, addressing current concerns, and helping patients build resilience for long-term success. Whether your goal is returning to sport, improving daily function, reducing pain, or building strength, Zac is committed to guiding you every step of the way.
Outside of Physiotherapy, Zac enjoys weightlifting, running, biking, tennis, basketball, golf, walking his dachshund Riley, and playing video games or reading. He is an avid sports fan, particularly of the NFL, NBA, NHL and PGA.
