What is Repetitive Strain Injury?
Repetitive strain injury (RSI) is an umbrella term used to describe a range of injuries that affect the muscles, tendons, and nerves in a specific body part. RSI can be classified as cumulative trauma disorder, overuse injury, occupational musculoskeletal disorder, repetitive injury, repetitive motion injury, and repetitive trauma.
Causes of RSI
